General provisions and recommendations
1.1. ADOFAI Forum is a private resource. Being here, you agree to be guided by these Rules.
1.2. The resource is postmoderated, i.e. the addition of messages occurs immediately, and moderation later.
1.3. The order on the resource is maintained by Moderators and Administrators.
Moderators exercise control over the sections assigned to them, can edit, delete messages and topics, close and transfer topics, apply various measures of influence to participants: warning, pre—moderation, Read Only (or RO - prohibition of writing messages), account blocking (ban).
Administrators have all the rights of Moderators for all sections and can additionally make any changes to the work of the resource.
1.4. All messages reflect the opinions of their authors. The opinion of the administration may not coincide with the opinion of the author. Information about the disclaimer can be read here. If you believe that any messages contradict the laws, contain trade secrets or are capable of causing damage to individuals or legal entities, you can inform the Resource Administration about this in the section
1.5. The User is responsible for any personal actions and messages, including the use of quotes from other forum participants, images, links, etc.
1.6. If you see a violation of the rules or you are provoked to a violation, contact the Moderators. They will sort it out and make a decision.
1.7. Rude, insulting, boorish, obscene expressions and images, as well as calls for violence and actions, provocative, political statements, interethnic and interreligious discord (in any language and in any form) are prohibited.
1.8. Publications that are not coordinated with the Administration or other actions of a commercial / advertising nature are prohibited.
User name (account, login)
2.1. User Name
2.1.1. User name (login) — your personality. It can be changed independently once every 365 days.
2.1.2. It is prohibited to register an account that is a complete visual duplicate of an existing one. If such an account is detected, it can be blocked at the request of the owner of the original account.
2.1.3. Registration and/or use of two or more accounts by one user is prohibited for any reason. In case of detection, such accounts will be blocked.
2.1.4. An account containing the brand name is allowed only after the Administration checks whether the account belongs to the brand.
2.1.5. It is prohibited to use the website address or any contact data (phone numbers, e-mail, messengers, etc.) as a user name, as well as combinations of characters that can be regarded as such data.
2.2. Avatar
2.2.1. If you install a unique avatar of another participant, it can be removed from your profile at the request of the owner.
2.2.2. It is prohibited to post avatars containing:
— the address of the website or any contact information: phone numbers, e-mail, messengers, etc., as well as combinations of characters that can be regarded as such data;
— any QR codes.
2.2.3. An avatar with the brand name or logo is allowed only after the Administration checks whether the account belongs to the brand.
Resource language
3.1. The official language of the resource is English.
3.2. All messages must be written in English.
3.3. Write correctly. Error messages cause negativity. Far-fetched mistakes and deliberate non-compliance with the rules of the English language are prohibited.
General rules for creating topics and messages
4.1. Before creating a new topic or message, carefully read the additional Rules adopted in this section.
4.2. The topic name should be as informative as possible so that other users can understand the problem. Describe the problem in detail in the message body.
4.3. Before creating a new theme, use the search in the appropriate section. A topic with a discussion of your question may already exist.
4.4. Before creating a new message, carefully study the "header" of the topic, then use the topic search. A discussion of your question may already exist.
4.5. The creation of duplicates of topics and messages is prohibited. If you created a topic or message in the wrong section, contact the moderators — they will move your topic or message to the correct section.
4.6. Write clearly.
4.7. Flood, smiloflud, flame, holivar, trolling is prohibited.
4.8. It is forbidden to discuss issues unrelated to the topic.
4.9. It is prohibited to use obscene language — both explicit and hidden behind special characters.
4.10. Provoking a conflict and responding to a provocation is prohibited.
4.11. In the names of topics and messages, it is prohibited:
4.11.1. Replacing Russian letters with similar letters from other alphabets, and vice versa.
4.11.2. Writing topics and messages in CAPITAL LETTERS.
4.11.3. Writing messages in uppercase and lowercase letters mixed or letters of different alphabets.
4.12. It is prohibited to create topics and messages that do not involve discussion, or for the purpose of personal correspondence.
4.13. It is prohibited to publish messages that do not carry a semantic load or are needed to raise the topic. For example: "does no one really know?" or "ap".
4.14. Uninformative names of topics are prohibited, for example: "Pamagite!", "Cry of the soul!", as well as the names of topics and messages containing more than three punctuation marks in a row and personal wishes, for example: "Urgent!!!".
4.15. The publication of pornographic content is prohibited. Erotica is at the discretion of the Moderators of the section.
4.16. It is forbidden to reply without text (with a smiley face, including text emoticons). As well as responses overloaded with them (more than three emoticons in one message), in all sections.
4.17. It is forbidden to reply with a link to a third-party resource without its name or purpose.
4.18. When placing links, the use of abbreviating services is prohibited.
4.19. Abuse of quoting (overquoting) is prohibited.
4.20. Publication of any referral materials (links, coupons and code words) in any form is prohibited and is equated to commercial activity. Learn more about banning the publication of referral links, coupons and code words.
4.21. It is forbidden to discuss the actions of representatives of the Administration. If you do not agree with the actions of the Moderators, contact the Administrator.
System of warnings and restrictions
5.1. Warnings and restrictions are assigned by the Moderator for non-compliance with the Rules of the resource or additional Rules of the section.
5.2. Types of restrictions:
5.2.1. Warning — issued for non-compliance with the Rules of the resource.
5.2.2. The "Read Only" restriction is imposed for non-compliance with the Rules and is applied along with warnings. It can be submitted for various terms depending on the Moderator's decision. This restriction means that the user cannot leave messages on the forum.
5.2.5. Blocking (ban) is the highest measure of user restriction. It is applied by Moderators for repeated or intentionally gross violation of the Rules.
5.2.7. If you do not agree with the restriction, you can appeal it by contacting the topic "Appeal against incorrect actions of Moderators".
5.3. Reducing the level of warnings.
5.3.1. Early withdrawal of "Read Only" statuses is not possible.
5.4. In the event of a situation that does not fall under any of the points of the Rules, the representative of the Administration has the right to act at his discretion.
5.5. The decision taken by the Administrator of the resource is final and cannot be appealed.
Changing Resource Rules
6.1. The resource Administration reserves the right to change the Rules at any time and at its sole discretion without prior notice to the participants.
6.2. All changes take effect from the moment they are published.
6.3. The obligation to monitor changes in the Rules of the resource in a timely manner lies with its participants. Ignorance of the Rules does not exempt forum participants from responsibility for their violation.
Acceptance of the Rules
7.1. Your use of the ADOFAI Forum resource means that you accept the established Rules.
7.2. In case of disagreement with the established Rules, you cannot use the ADOFAI Forum resource.!
